2010 MiSTMA Scholarship Award Winners - $750 each

Mike Kacsor (top) & Tyler Carter (bottom) Mike & Tyler both were in the the Sports & Commercial Turf Program at Michigan State. Mike has been an assistant with the Lansing Lugnuts. He is now the head groundskeeper at the Lansing Lugnuts for the 2011 season. Tyler has worked with the Minnesota Twins and is planning on working there again for the 2011 season.

Adam Farrell (top) & Andrew Hollister (bottom) Both Adam & Andrew were enrolled in the Sports & Commercial Turf Management program at Michigan State University. Adam has worked with both Detroit Tigers & West Michigan Whitecaps. Andrew has worked with both the University of Michigan and Michigan State University in sports turf.

Andy Bird (top) & Brian McDougal (bottom) Both Andy & Brian were both enrolled in the Sports Turf program at Michigan State. Andy has worked for the Detroit Tigers, West Michigan Whitecaps & Michigan State. Brian has worked for the Indianapolis Indians (Pittsburg Pirates AAA affiliate) & Michigan State.
